Customer Game Change was a fabulous event which took place during National Customer Services Week.
The event provided a catalyst for companies who wanted to kick start their customer journey and a platform for those wishing re-energise their customer offer.
Customer Game Change provided the necessary motivation and tools.

The event was held in ‘The Manchester Escalator’ which was an experience in itself as it’s the city’s hub for dynamic working where entrepreneurialism, innovation and collaboration is infectious.
